The lake of Gryphon and Dragon Dojos

Alot of time has passed and Shian hasn't seen much of anyone from the academy, So he decided to set out and build a place of his own. With a generous helping hand from his father's bank account.
The first thing he did was head out to the forrest where he found a beautiful clearing near a very large clear lake. Though filled with ravenous aggressive saiyans planet Bardok still has it's beautiful areas that go unrivaled to the astonishing structures of the city. "This looks like a good place to start fresh" Shian though to himself as he surveyed the area for how large he could make his new home and training area. he goes back to the city to pick up his building supplies and a few people to help build the new foundation. During the building process alot of vehicles and people were coming the the forrest and this worried Shian because he didn't want to heavily disturb the wild life in the surrounding areas. but he knew it had to be done to get this place under way.

a few weeks roll by in what seems like nothing and the dojo is completed, with a waterfront entrance and small living quarters in the back/ upper levels some punching bags in the main training hall and some training equipment in a sand yard sit outside. The work put into this building was amazing but inside sat shian "Now what? I thought this would take much longer than it did" He let out a long sigh and began unpacking his clothes into his dressers in his new living quarters.

A young Saiyan, stepped out from his rejuvenation tank. The expression on his face was that of pure anger. His brow furrowed, staring at nothing in particular. One of the doctor's approached him."Now now, don't be hasty. Though he didn't cause much physical damage to your body as a whole, you were still inflicted with severe wounds.I think you sho-" Without budging, the young Saiyan grabbed the doctor by the throat and crushed his trachea. The doctor fell to the floor, dead."Now, where am I going to get another doctor to take care of you every time you get injured?" Kale said, leaning against the wall."Shut up. Where is he?" Kale laughed."Oh, he's off somewhere playing in the woods. You should be able to sense his presence anyway. Or has revenge clouded your senses?" The young Saiyan slips on some modified Armor and blasts a hole in the side of the building."I wont be made a fool of again, Father." In a flash he was off, in search of Shian, the one who bested him in combat at the academy.

Shian woke up upon the early rise of the sun, The light had a beautiful glow over the lake and the natural beauty of his surroundings set in.
Shian stretched and took a deep smell of his surroundings. "Ahh.. an awesome morning for training!" He said excitedly to himself. He put on his training gi and set over to the sands where his training dummies are and begins his usual morning work out.

500 roundhouse kicks to the face body and lower legs
500 Knees to the face and abdominal areas of the second dummy
500 Front and back kicks to the Head and abdominal area of the third
1000 Punching combos to the fourth dummy

He paused for a bit catching his breath heading inside for breakfast and a shower. An hour rolls by and shian begins his meditation relaxing his muscles and his posture Taking in a deep breath and re-channeling his ki through his body.
A half hour into his meditation he began to feel a hateful presence roaring through the Forrest. Upon first sensing this he jumped up and headed outside to the lake with his swords strapped to his back and hip anticipating a would-be attacker, though stereotypical of this planet he predicted it would be a saiyan and this only made him feel hesitant. he hated feeling hesitant, He clenched his teeth and took a deep breath and Prepared for his oncoming battle.

After half a month of searching (being that Guiv was unable to detect energy so he was literally just looking with his eyes) he eventually found Shian who was standing angrily outside the front of a very large building. Guiv waved hello with a huge smile on his face.

Nice fort Shian, can I hang out here with you?

Shian heard someone start to talk right next to him "Nice fort Shi-" He turned and held his blade to to guiv's throat.

"Oh! It's you" He sighed "Yeah sure, something is coming, I don't know if you can sense it or not but we, or I have to be prepared for it." He turned and went back into his fighting stance preparing for the oncoming threat. He took a deep breath to see if he could tell which direction he is coming from. He sat down, and dark red ki began to flow around him he then opened his eyes and faced in the direction of the city.

"I recognize this power source Guiv, I recognize it all to well." He clenched the handle of his blade "I'm gonna have to ask you to stand down on this fight. I started this, and I have to finish it. It's a pride thing if you don't understand" He turned back and can now see the young saiyan in the distance flying to the sands where shian and guiv stand.

Guiv nodded. He didn't want to see Shian lose, the but the whole pride thing he understood. At least something on this planet had pride in the way he fought. Saiyan's sure as hell didn't.

Guiv sat down next to Shian and waited, watching the oncoming fight about to occur.

Rettik arrived, hovering in the air. He stared down at the human and the pink freakish thing that stood near him. He descended to the ground with such force it cracked the earth beneath his feet. Rettik, in appearance, looks like an almost exact image of Kale. Except for his frame was smaller and not quite as muscular. In human years, Rettik would just be reaching their "adulthood". His eyes, also different. His pupils were purple, though around his eyes stayed the reddish tint Kale also has. His personality, much like Kale's but colder. He values no creature's life, very much like his mother. The armor he wore, similar to the one we wore in the Academy, though lighter and more durable. He stepped forward with an angered expression on his face. The air became electric as he slowly was gathering energy since he landed."Don't worry human, I'll make this quick." He began to walk slowly toward Shian, each step carefully, confidentially placed after the last.

"Hmph, I hope you know I have to clean this all up when this is over" Shian said confidently he also began walking as the two circle the training ground with careful footing not letting any signs of weakness show.
In an instant they both charged in left after images where they were standing, Rettik was keen to make sure the blades that ruin his tendons last time never touched his, The action stayed fast pace, any normal person wouldn't ever be able to keep up with the speed. but after a bit Rettik was able to easily dis-arm shian of his currently unsheathed blade.
"You've gotten better! But so have I!" Shian then grabbed Rettik by the face and fired electricity out of his hand and then back kicked him across the battlefield. He charged in and started a kicking combo from mid hieght to his head and continued Shian didn't know if Rettik noticed or not but Shian was looking for a slight opening so he could take him down or atleast slow him up, He knew this saying was vengeful and in this fight he is now much stronger than the first time they fought. The only thing he could still rely on was the teachings his father gave him from the beginning 'Technique over power' He believed in these teachings more then anything and they've worked for him so far.

The attack Shian used, blinded Rettik for a moment. When he regained his sight, Rettik's hands began to glow purple. Suddenly, he began to let out a Ki blast volley. He purposely redirected the blasts to land around Shian, causing him to jump around and dodge. Soon, Shian was engulfed by a dust cloud created by Rettik's attack. Rettik dashed forward, straight in to the cloud. The clash of fists and Shian's swords could be heard. When the smoke cleared, the two landed equal hits on each other. They paused before jumping back in to their fighting stances."Hmph." Retikk had no words for the Human as he plotted his next attack.

Shian Entered his fighting stance for only a split second he almost didn't even leave a footprint in the sand. He launched forward but went in for a slide tackle Rettik immediately jumped up but as Shian passed under him Rettik noticed that shian disappeared , it was a after image. Rettik looked up and saw Shian's shadow the suns glare kept Rettik from seeing him clearly which gave shian the opening he wanted.
"GRYPHON'S CLAW!" Shian came crashing down upon him with a gryphon's claw to the face and held it all the way down to the sands below and all the sand came flying up creating a thick cloud that was almost impossible to see.
A few seconds later shian came flying out coughing looking down into the sand cloud waiting for his opponent.
he then entered a quick draw stance with his remaining sword "Come on you saiyan bastard.." Shian was quickly losing his patience with saiyans and the saiyan planet.

Rettik lets out a Kiai, sending the dust and debris away from the two. The air was now clear and silent as the two were at a standoff."You're infuriating." Rettik dashes for Shian, kicking his remaining sword from Shian's hand. Rettik grabs Shian by his throat and drives him in to the ground. He pulls his free arm back and charges up his ki. Shian grabs Rettik's collar and plants his leg on Rettik's stomach, judo flipping him over. With that, Rettik missed his attack and the Ki ball went flying in to the air. Rettik Kip-ups back to his feet."Why you!" He angrily fires a mouth blast at Shian.

After flipping over Rettik, Shian immediately does 180 kip-up facing Rettik "WHY YOU!" Rettik Screams as he fires a mouth blast at Shian
"Whoa!" Shian replies as he does a reverse kip-up to Dodge (By a single hair on his head) the mouth blast headed in his direction. "Well, well aren't we a little impatient!" as shian says impatient he jumps up and throws a jumping round house kick to rettik's chin cause him to stumble slighty to the side. This only made Rettik more angry "You little PUNK!" He came back with a wild hook, this was showing to Shian that His opponent was letting his anger get the best of him. Shian then began to bide his time and try to let the young saiyan ware himself out so he could get an opening shot.

Rettik moves became a bit frantic Being that he was still a saiyan it took quite a bit of energy to keep up and continue to dodge his attacks, "Your form is very undisciplined" Shian suggests mockingly trying to keep the saiyan shrouded in anger so he couldn't focus correctly. But this only made Rettik faster and more filled with rage then ever. "SHUT YOUR FILTHY MOUTH!" Rettik demands as he throws a flying side kick that Shian sharply parries to the side and clothes lines Rettik's free leg causing him to fall foward and roll in the sand a bit.

Shian then looked back at the temperarily downed saiyan "Hmph" He smirks gently and goes into his fighting stance waiting for the saiyan to get back to his feet.

Get yourself together! Are you really going to let this human make a fool of you again?Rettik looked back at Shian. Anger began to swell within him.Listen! This is why you lost the first time! Calm yourself! You're far more powerful than he is. Focus. A small war was brewing in Rettik's head, but the voices he heard were right. Rettik slowly came to his feet and dusted himself off."Yes, how sloppy of me. Getting myself worked up over the likes of you." His demeanor was now calm, collected. Rettik began to push out more energy, his ki quickly rising as it became visible through the air. A purple aura continued to flash over his body in a spherical shape. In moments he was at full power, his muscles bulging slightly more as the ki flowed through his veins.
"Prepare yourself, human." In a flash, Rettik was on Shian. He dragon flipped in to the air, leading in to downward kick. Shian, was able to brace himself as the kick collided with his forearms. The force of the blow cause Shian's feet to dig several inches in to the ground. Rettik disappeared again. He reappeared, low to the ground, delivering a strong kick to the back of Shian's knees, sweeping him upwards. Rettik spun in to a hand stand and kicked downward, delivering another blow to Shian. As the second kick hit, it landed on Shian's stomach, pushing him in to the ground. Now, Rettik, stood up, pushing his weight in to Shian's body.

Shian his the ground leaving an impression of his back in the sand. The stomp on his chest was almost enough to make him black out, if not for a few seconds. His mind snapped back into reality with vengence hungry saiyan pressing his weight into his chest. He had to make a move fast or the force would crush his ribs possibly leaving permanent damage to him.
The challenge now was not letting the pain show from that barrage of attacks lain smoothly among him. "Pretty good" Shian said letting out a small cough.
He lifted leg kicking Rettik in the inner thigh causing him to slightly release pressure from his chest and in this instant he fired a mouth beam just past Rettik's face to distract him while he spun on his back to get from under him.
"Taste This!" Shian shouted kicking up into Rettick's chin cause him to lift a little off the ground Shian Curled down to the ground and opened back up planting both of his boots into Rettik's face Sending him soaring into the air, Shifting to an upright position Shian took hold of Rettik's foot and sent sent him Flaring down into the sands below cause Rettik to drag through the sand leaving a huge trail behind him.
"You can take this back with you!"
Shian Charged his ki to where a dark red aura began to glow out of him forming wings on his back, his eyes narrowed in on Rettik who quickly came out of the sand at him at full speed.
Shian Reach out and delivered a devastating uppercut to Rettik's stomach "Gryphon's claw!" Holding him in place Shian leans in to say something to Rettik "You may have the raw power to destroy me in a single blow, But the pure discipline and technique I hold balances this to a disgustingly bitter rivalry"
These words disgusted Rettik as it would any saiyan in the universe, the thought of any human finding himself equal is an insult to the whole race. "SHUT UP!" Rettik yells launching a destructive high kick into Shian's mid-section sky-rocketing him up into the air. The two began to exchange blows at alarming speeds.

Rettik began to laugh"You really think you can simply win through technique and discipline alone? What imbecile beat that in to your brain?" Rettik began employing the same tactic Shian used against him, getting your opponent riled up so her or she can't focus. With someone so classically trained, this was bound to strike a chord. Saiyans, known for their brute strength and overwhelming power, didn't rely on technique and disciplines, not to say they didn't have it. They enjoy more, primitive combat. Shian came at Rettik with a one two punch combination. Rettik caught one, then the second arm by the wrist and held Shian tightly."Let me show you, what raw power can do." Rettik began to charge up his Ki once more. He clutched Shian in to a bear hug and squeezed tightly. As the purple Ki began to surround them both, they spun at high speeds higher and higher in to the air before tipping slightly downward. They plummeted towards the ground at blinding speeds. Just seconds before impact, Rettik released Shian, sending him crashing in to the ground. This kicked up more sand, which began to irritate Rettik but he decided not to charge in. He flew up to a cliff to get a better view of their surroundings.

Some time went by and the sand began to settle, inside he sand cloud sat shian he got up and looked up at Rettik, You could clearly see the irritation in his eyes with rettik's words.
"I see you wouldn't understand the disciplines that have been burned into my blood for my entire life, But I would be glad to show you" Though his words were calm his irritation was over the roof, He hated anyone who doubted the power of his families kung-fu.

He slowly stood to his feet and walked over to his sword kicking it up out of the sand and catching it by the handle. "Now then, Let us begin a new."
He Charged his ki and flew up straight into rettik and passing through him, it was just an after image that vanished in an instant and like that shian had seemingly vanished in thin air.

A few minutes pass by and then out of the blue ki blasts began hitting the cliff edge Rettik is standing on destroying it "Show yourself coward!" Rettik proclaimed! He looked up and there were three shians coming down at him.
They were all skipping in and out of the boulders raining down around rettik until they caught up to him and began kicking rocks at him and going for quick hits and cuts as they passed by.

Rettik began to lose his patience with the human. Rettik covered up, protecting his vitals, as Shian delivered attacks quickly and disguised. Rettik closed his eyes and began to search for Shian's Ki signature. When he found it, and it got close enough, Rettik grabbed Shian once again and let out a Kiai, disrupting Shian's after image technique. He threw Shian's body, one armed in to the cliff side. Rettik raised his arm in to the air, as Ki became like lightning, sparking off of his forearm and palm."I've enjoyed this little game but I'm growing tiresome. now Di-" Rettik's words were cut short. A beeping came from his chest plate."Yes what is it?!" Rettik was silent. His brow furrowed as he bore his teeth."I'm in the middle of something here! Can't this wait?" The voice Rettik was speaking to became louder."No! You can play with the earthling later. You've been assigned a mission, now get moving!" It was Kale. Rettik clenched his fist and dropped his arm to the side."Very well." In a flash of purple light, Rettik flew off in to the air.

Engraved in the wall shian looked up completely worn out. "Yeah! You better run off!" the adrenaline in his body wore off and he was too tired to pull himself out of the wall. "That went alot better than planned... I even managed to keep the school in tact." He thought to himself as he looked down and watched the giant boulders fall into the water.

"Hey Guiv! A little help here?" Shian calls out as he is wiggling attempting to get free but failing miserably at it. All there seems left to do now is wait, or keep trying to get free. But from the looks of things if he got free now he would plummet to the water and still have swim back to the dojo.

Guiv appeared below them riding in a small boat he had crafted during the fight. Shian! Check it out! I built a boat! I'm not a hundred percent sure how I did though. Guiv scratched the back of his head and then realized Shian needed help so he climbed up the wall of the cliff and all the way up to Shian. He pulled him out and the two floated down to the boat he had crafted. Like it? Guiv smiled, before the whole boat sunk with them in it and Guiv and Shian now treaded water. Guiv smiled a bit and picked up Shian and flew them all back to the perfectly in tact school.

Oh Shian, I was wondering if you were interested in a spar once you feel better? Guiv's smile stretched completely across his face but his teeth were not there. When Shian pointed out that fact Guiv lifted his shirt to a mouth on his stomach smiling as well, the teeth shinning in that mouth.

Landing in the front of the dojo with the help of guiv shian he looks over to guiv upon hearing his request for a spar, "uummm.. Sure I guess, I just gotta use some tiger balm and i'll be good for a quick spar" he turns and walks into the dojo and takes off his jacket and pants generously applying tigerbalm to recently assaulted areas.

Turning around throwing on his training gi throwing his swords onto a display stand onto a rack and walking out onto the training floor. "alright guiv, lets begin." shian enters a fighting stance and waits for guiv to make the first move

Guiv lets out a large smile and gets himself into a battle stance. He stops a moment and puts his finger up. whoever loses this fight has to rebuild my boat. Guiv prepared himself then shot forward a speed he wasn't prepared for and ended up kneeing shian in the face, when in reality he was aiming for a low stomach shot. He backed off and held his hands up as an apology and realized more howe much stronger he had become.

He shook his hands and attempted to lower power levels to match, though he wasn't all typo sure how to do that.

Shian was hit directly in the nose with Guiv's knee. He sent him flying backwards, but he leaned back doing a back handspring landing in a crouched position.
"Don't worry about the power difference, I'll show you just as I showed the saiyans. Power is nothing without proper technique!" Shian proclaims this confidently for this was teachings of his father and grandfather who have defeated many saiyans before him in battle.

Shian narrows his eyes at Guiv and begins sprinting towards guiv He stops just short of guiv's face causing him to flinch When guiv re-opened his eyes the shian infront of him vanished it was merely an after image. the real shian came up and hit Guiv with a 720 triple (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMOZmTJhlzY&feature=fvwp&NR=1 For a reference)

The last kick made guiv's head stretch a few feet across the room ricocheting back to be held still by shian who then performs a guyver kick (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fe1-rSDjHw0 For a good reference) Making Guiv tumble over a bit.
He then lifts guiv up and begins attacking him in the only seemingly solid part of guiv's body. The head anf chest areas.

Harujin had been wandering through the forests again, as he tended to do now since there was really nothing else to do for the time being since graduating from the academy. Haru continued through the woods aimlessly, his hands on the back of his head as he thought and daydreamed to himself, 'Uuuggghh... There's nothing to do anymore. I wish Bayikk wasn't so busy to be able to spar again.' Harujin then sighed out loud as his and Bayikk's match flashed into his mind. A small smile crept across his face, and then suddenly he heard something, out in the distance. It sounded.. like a fight.

Harujin's smile became just a bit bigger as he then went into a quick jog, coming closer and closer to the noise. He then could feel ki signatures, one he could easily distinguish right off the bat as being guiv's, and the other was fairly familiar but he couldn't make out exactly who's it was. Harujin finally reached a clearing where he could see what looked like a giant dojo, and as well saw Guiv against the mysterious ki signature bearer. It took him a few moments but Harujin then realized that it was the other Human from the academy, Shian!

Harujin didn't say a word and took a seat somewhere nearby and watched, his presence most likely going unnoticed, but he didn't really care eiither way, he was just happy to even SEE a fight going on. Anything to break the boredom of the last few weeks. Haru then simply stared on and watched the match.

You've got a good technique but it won't work on someone who has no bones! Guiv somehow spoke through the hits on his face and chest. He winked at Shain and pulled out an energy barrier and blew Shain back a bit. Guiv, now fully ready to continue the fight, noticed a familiar signature in the area. Guiv could not tell how strong it was, but he could tell enough of recognition that it was Harujin. He turend around and his neck flew over to him and stopped inches from his face.

Hi Haru! Guiv smiled and his face shot back towards Shian. As it came closer it sped up again, and as it got even closer to Shian the face turned into a fist and Guiv formed out of his body and into himself, throwing his fist at Shian. It hit Shian and knocked him backwards, and as Shian landed on the building Guiv powered up a Ki blast. He then stopped and backed up, remembering Omato and how angry Guiv was that Omato destroyed his house. Guiv nodded and withdrew his arm, motioning for Shian to get off the building so it stayed in tact.

Shian flew wildly back after guiv's punch hitting the wall forming a crack in it. Shian landed on all fours looking back at the indent in the wall.
"THAT WAS A NEW WALL!!" He looked back forward to guiv and entered a three point stance charging his ki and launching at guiv, Flaring forward with a triple front flip to a Dropkick sending Guiv out the door and skipping across the sands where he had just fought rettik.
"This should keep the place clean for longer." He walked out seeing Haru sitting in one of the chairs in the front lobby.
"You coming outside?" He said to haru sounding slightly triumphant on sending guiv out the front door.
Stepping out onto the sand he looked forward at guiv who had already begun his retaliation whirling punches and kicks around him A smirk appeared on shians face as he dove in and started jumping around in guiv's diving, ducking, and dodging past everything Guiv threw for a while.
"Guiv! Stop!" Shian said placing his hand on guiv's head.
Guiv now realized he had tangled himself up in his own limbs. "Let me help ya' with that." Shian takes hold of guiv's antenna and began swinging him around by it. Whipping him out his knots and then performing a jumping back kick sending him flaring over to the shore's of the lake nearby.
"That had to be the weirdest thing I've ever seen."
He says slightly disgusted shaking his hands as if they were covered with some sort of grime or dirt.
